The Burlingtons Artistic Team perform in shows across the globe - educating and training other stylists and consistently being highly acclaimed and innovative. Guest stylists from around the UK also join the artistic team regularly, bringing their own fresh approach and energy.

Clive Colman, Founder

Clive Colman founded Burlingtons in 1983 and has been the driving force behind its success over that time. Clive believes strongly in motivating and developing his team, realising that success within the salon is a direct result of teamwork.

Kelly Colman, Director

Kelly has taken the responsibility for the creative direction of Burlingtons on-stage performances and pushed the style to even greater heights. Her background as a model and dancer makes for spectacular shows that educate, entertain and inspire audiences.

Ashley Gaunt, Global Artistic Director

Ashley has been hairdressing for almost 25 years and joined Burlingtons in 1997. She is a global educator for Redken, which allows her to pass on her talents with the enthusiasm and passion she’s become renowned for. Over the years, thousands of people have seen Ashley perform and her hair collections have fascinated the media and featured in numerous magazines and websites.

Now Ashley’s career has grown even greater. She has developed a high-impact hair collection, Redken Creates, and travelled to New York, Las Vegas and Orlando in the USA and also Switzerland, Croatia, Italy, Spain and Germany to represent the UK, forming an integral part of the global promotional campaign.

Yuki Fung, International Colour Artistic Director

Burlingtons’ International Colour Artistic Director Yuki Fung has carved out a distinguished career through her passion for colour.

Yuki joined the Burlingtons team in 2002 and her natural talent for colour meant a meteoric rise through the team until she joined the world-famous Burlingtons Artistic Team a mere 12 months later.

Since then, Yuki has taken the pivotal role of leading the colour creation through the whole of the Burlingtons group. Through her friendly nature she educates and inspires all who she meets, not only within the Burlingtons group, but also at high-profile hair shows, most notably Alternative Hair Show and Tribe.

One of the many highlights of Yuki’s career came from the strong relationship enjoyed between Burlingtons and Redken, culminating in her creation of the stunning Blonde collection photoshoot for Redken.
