The main reason the newsletter may not arrive is SPAM filtering. Be sure to check your SPAM folders in your email program and ensure your SPAM filter is set to allow emails form www.newcidcosmetics.com. You can do this by adding newcidcosmetics.com to your 'Safe Sender' list. |

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by logging into your account, going to 'My Details' section and checking the option 'No, do not send me news from New CID Cosmetics'. |

You can change your password by logging into your account, go to 'My Details' section and enter your new password in the form provided. You will need to type your password again in the 'Verify Password' form. |

I've forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?

On the Login page of the website, you can select the option 'Show password hint' for a reminder of your password. If you still can't remember your password, select the 'Forgotton password' option and we will email you a new password.
